Glenthorpe provides a Registered Office service for UK registered companies and support services, such as Nominee Directors and Secretaries. For overseas clients we can be the point of contact in the UK, making contact across time zones much easier. We ensure that our clients meet their statutory obligations with filings, such as VAT returns, Annual Returns and FICO accounts being prepared and delivered on time. We can hold documents for clients, in a secure Safe Deposit Centre and are associated with a firm of London Solicitors if legal support is needed. We can assist with company registration, if clients wish to incorporate a company for activities in the UK. For a fixed fee, we can provide an individual or company with a 24 hour telephone answering service. Each client is assigned their own dedicated number and can either collect their own messages, have them transcribed to email or fax, or have them telephoned directly to them at a pre-arranged time.
