Most agents are happy to manage a property whilst it is occuppied by a
tenant they have introduced. With a slackening rental market in London,
owners are finding increasingly that their property has some 'void'
periods during the year. During these periods most agents are either
unwilling to take on the management of the property or charge very high
fees and if work is needed it is usually passed out to the first
available contractor.Glenthorpe is happy to work with agents to manage property whilst it is let and/or to take responsibility during the void periods. Because we are a specialist property management company we are able to bring our experience to bear to provide exceptional levels of service at cost effective rates. As we are solely focussed on property management and maintenance we have a range of trades and craftsmen available to us on-call. This means we can provide the best person for the job, not simply the first available. We are happy to tailor a package for each individual property. 
Typically we charge a small management fee, which includes basic
services and agree rates for additional work.The basic service includes monthly inspection of the property under management and a quarterly report to the owner, stating the property condition and any concerns, issues or anticipated work requirements. Whilst properties are empty we can take over the management and payment of Utilities and collect mail for forwarding if required. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements. |
