Glenthorpe has a small team of basic trades to peform day to day maintenance work, this can be performed either on a time and materials basis or from a retainer fee structure.

We are able to attend to minor problems, such as burst pipes and tap/tap washer replacements at very competitive rates; which do not include Call Out charges or minimum attendance charges.

Any work commissioned by us is guaranteed by us, we do not hand off responsibility for the work we carry out on your behalf. Our team includes a Painter and Decorator, a Plumber, an Electrician and a general Handyman.

For larger projects we have close relationships with a number of general builders and construction companies, all of whom are Federation of Master Builder / Guild of Craftsmen registered.

For major projects we are able to provide client representation, working with Architects, Planning Authorities and Contractors to ensure work is completed on time, to specification and within budget.

One of the biggest headaches for property owners is the Marching In and Marching Out of tenants. Glenthorpe is able to provide an Inventory Service, full cleaning and preparation services and undertake any minor repairs needed between tenancies.

For Buy to Let owners we offer a full decorating and furnishing service.
