Glenthorpe provides a confidential post forwarding service for clients. Correspondence can be forwarded, daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. We also hold mail for clients to collect if they find this more convenient. All mail is held in an access controlled safe, with deposits and withdrawals logged for security. We send out correspondence on behalf of clients and can take instructions by telephone, email, post or facsimile. We plan to introduce multi-lingual services later this year. For a fixed fee, we can provide an individual or company with a 24 hour telephone answering service. Each client is assigned their own dedicated number and can either collect their own messages, have them transcribed to email or fax, or have them telephoned directly to them at a pre-arranged time. This service is currently available for messages taken and forwarded in the English language. Please feel free to call our offices to discuss your requirements. |
