This scheme enables rental to be collected and forwarded
overseas without Withholding Tax deductions.
At the end of each year Glenthorpe accounts to the UK Inland Revenue for all rentals collected and any onshore expenses. Offshore expenses and costs are then agreed
before tax is calculated. This maximises cashflow for our clients as tax
is paid when it is due and not in advance.
