For clients of our Property Management Service we provide a complete solution. Collecting rentals, settling utilities and dealing with other expenses and providing detailed Management Accounts.
For off-shore and non-UK resident companies we provide full business management services, including account signatories and settlement of necessary business expenses.
Working with our accounting partner, Hallam Katz Cunningham, we are able to prepare annual accounts for UK registered companies and provide management accounting for overseas clients; including full income and expense statements for the Inland Revenue for those clients who are FICO registered.
All client funds are separately accounted for and held with our bankers, Coutts & Co.
